Wildflour Catering specializes in the preparation, presentation and serving of fine food and drink. We have had extensive experience in providing all imaginable meal types for a variety of event styles with the number of guests ranging from 2 to 1,500. Wildflour is best known for creative presentation of plated meals, buffets, stations and appetizers. We recognize that the food we serve must not only be fresh and delicious, it must also be presented in a manner that compliments our clients' style and goals for each particular event. Each buffet, station and display is custom designed to meet the expectations and needs of our clients.

Wildflour standard menus are comprised primarily of American, Nouveau American, Northern European and Italian cuisine including traditional as well as original gourmet items. Oriental, Spanish, French and other regional offerings are available upon request. If you have a particular item in mind that does not appear on our menu, we can prepare it for you from either your recipe or ours. Wildflour offers private no obligation tastings of preferred menu items to all of our clients prior to any function of 50 or more guests.

Our meals are prepared and served by trained professionals. Our head chef, Keith Martin, is a graduate of Newbury College with a degree in culinary arts and has amassed many years of catering and restaurant experience at some of the finest eating establishments in the area.

Keith is assisted by a staff of full time chefs and waitstaff with extensive experience and an understanding of the exacting level of detail expected of them. Our waitstaff is meticulously trained and instilled with our service philosophy. This training gives our waitstaff that extra polish; not always found in your average weekend server.

Wildflour also acts as your wedding and private event consultant without you actually having to pay for one! Let us take the burden off of your hands when coordinating the efforts of your musicians, florist, liquor provider, photographer, tent and rental needs. You say "I do" ... we do the rest!

To compliment our menu selections, Wildflour prepares and serves outstanding desserts created by our in-house bakery, Biga Breads. Clients are provided with an incredible selection of freshly baked European breads, out of this world cakes, mini pastries and dessert bars. In addition to our in-house offerings, if you have a favorite recipe or specific look you want us to duplicate - just ask. The sky is the limit when all baking is done in-house!

For wedding and specialty cakes in particular, Wildflour will work with you to find the right flavor and design for your special cake including layering style, colors and decorations. Wildflour will then display and serve the cake at your function. This ensures that you have the cake of your dreams with the least amount of hassle!
